Flared jeans are again returning to the style front. Many celebrities and fashionistas alike, are wearing their flares with flowy tops, fitted vests, and even plain tees. Flares are relaxed for day and can be easily dressed up with minimal effort. Just add a heels, maybe an embellished top, and a clutch. The flare remains the most universal fit and is a flattering style for almost every body type.
