Fashionista Kim Kardashian hung out yesterday with equally fashionable sisters Khole and Kourtney at an event for the Shopflick Website in Calabasas, California. Love the YSL pumps ladies!
Fab Fit: Rihanna
Rihanna has quickly become a fashion icon delivering one hit look after another. Already one of the best looks of the year, Rihanna stepped out to shop in LA looking flawless head to toe. She paired a classic men's style chambray shirt with a feminine linen mini by Twenty8Twelve. Nude sandals, pearls and matching white jewelry gave the look a bit of edge all while remaining positively preppy. A look worth copying indeed!

Rich Girl Staple: Ray-Ban Aviator Sunglasses
Season after season trendy sunglasses come and go. Aviators however have stood the test of time. With their thin frame and wire arms, this style looks great on almost anyone. They are also available in a plethora of colors, metals, and gradients. A standard gold framed pair will last you a lifetime and go with anything. Rich Girl suggests this pair by Ray-Ban, you'll love them.

Ooh La La: Freida Pinto
Gorgeous Slumdog Millionaire star Freida Pinto has been seen on red carpet after red carpet in sure fire looks. However Rich Girl's favorite has to be this glistening Zac Posen minidress she wore to the 2009 Directors Guild Awards. The dress fits her perfectly and it's silvery pink hue complements her golden skin beautifully. With her impeccable style, Ms. Pinto is definitely one to watch!

So Sad: Jennifer Hudson’s Mother and Brother Murdered
In saddening celebrity news, Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson's mother and brother were reportedly found shot to death in their Chicago home Friday afternoon (October 24).
According to breaking reports, the Cook County medical examiner’s office said officials were dispatched to a South Side home where the bodies of a man and a woman were found, with police saying they believe the shooting was a domestic incident.
“Officers responded to a call of two people found unresponsive,” Chicago Police Department spokesman John Mirabelli told Us magazine. “They discovered a male and a female that had sustained fatal gunshot wounds.”
“Right now, our investigation is a double homicide,” the spokesman adds. “We understand family members are on the scene.”
Update: Talking to People magazine, Jennifer’s rep Lisa Kasteler said, “We can confirm that there is an ongoing investigation concerning the deaths of Jennifer Hudson’s mother, Darnell Donerson, and her brother, Jason Hudson. No further comment will be made and the family has asked that their privacy be respected at this difficult time.”
My thoughts and prayers are with you Jennifer and your family.

Dress: T-Bags Silk jersey dress
Don't be afraid of this T-Bags vibrantly printed dress. This multicolored silk jersey stretch dress is just what you need to up your fashion game. Perfect for day, add tights to this shirtdress and then your possibilities are endless. You could add ankle booties, or knee-high boots, or standard pumps. Add a small gold watch and gold studs, you want to keep the focus on the dress and go simple on the accessories. Lastly, add a chocolate trench or sweater coat but make sure the length of the coat is the same or longer than the dress to keep your look clean. Your closet will never be the same!

Top It Off: Vanessa Bruno Folded Panel Top
At first glance what I love about this top has to be it's ethereal, blush tone. It's clean, simple, almost architectural lines are distinctly different from much of whats out there. The cowl neck at the back offers a sexy subdued hint at whats underneath, all while remaining fiercely sophisticated. Mix this blouse with your dark denim skinnys or with black trousers and a black blazer. It's a beautiful, must-have piece.
Available at Net-A-Porter.com ($385.00)
Party Shoes: Christian Louboutin Satin Platform Sandal
A girl can definitely not have too many shoes and Mr. Louboutin keeps us begging for more. Rich Girl's latest obsession is the red Satin Platform Sandal. This peep-toe with its signature red sole, is layered in beautiful red satin. I love how the layering effect continues down the stiletto, a great detail. While satin is always a holiday/winter favorite for any special occasion, Rich Girl suggests thinking outside the box and toughening these up a bit with black skinny jeans, a dressy top (dark chiffon maybe?), and even a black leather jacket.

Add a black crew neck tee and a longer cherry red cardigan to punch up your look. Of course, you could always go the classy route with a black turtleneck and pearls a la Blair Waldorf.

Cover Me: Angelina Jolie
Stunning as always, Ms. Jolie covers the new issue of Italian Vanity Fair. Rich Girl favorite Angelina gives us a little peak into her life and discusses her kids and the possibility of getting married. Here's a snippet:
Angelina on why she travels everywhere with her kids: “I want them to be able to walk through a marketplace in Adis Ababa and not bat and eye, not think it is dirty and ugly, but that it just represents another part of the world and humanity.”
Angelina on tying the knot: “Usually people fall in love and everything revolves around the ritual of marriage, children are an afterthought. We did everything backwards. But sooner or later it will be the kids who ask us [to get married]. You know, they see films and start asking questions. Such as, ‘Why are Shrek and Fiona married and you’re not?’

Trend: Cardigans
Gossip Girl style dominates fall's fashion with a plethora of preppy pieces, and noticeably tons of cardigans. A Rich Girl favorite since grade school, cardigans are the perfect layering piece for both style and function. This fall's cardigans come in every shade and print imaginable, from bright fuchsia to polka dots. Adding a cardigan to your wardrobe is a cinch, with cardigans basically complimenting everything. Pair a fun print cardigan over a simple tank and jeans. Add one over a full skirt, or layer a cardigan over a dress. You can also up the fashion quota of your outfit by adding a contrasting skinny belt over a buttoned cardigan. Here's some of the best:
