Spring 2008 takes a ladylike step with full skirts. These skirt are generally stop at or above the knee and have a bit of volume to them. Pair one of these skirts with a fitted white t-shirt or blouse for a feminine look. You can also add a cardigan and some bracelets or bangles. Wear with heels for an uber glamourus look.
