Reality starlet and fashion designer Lauren Conrad was spotted out running errands in West Hollywood August 13th. Lauren donned her summer staple high-waisted skirt and mixed it with a black satin pair of flats and a Chanel handbag. You will soon be able to catch Lauren and her Hills co-stars in all new episodes beginning on August 18th on MTV.
