Brights are fun and believe it or not, simple to wear. Just pair a bright top with jeans, a skirt, or shorts. Wear a bright bottom with a neutral top, like a white t-shirt. Bright dresses are the easiest of all, just add an accessory or two and your done. You can also wear a bold top with a different bold bottom. Just make sure that both are solids.
